As proud members of the Travel Trust Association (TTA), we ensure your money is completely safe. All payments are deposited into a dedicated Trust Account, protected and overseen by an independent Trustee — a qualified banker, accountant, or solicitor. Payments can only be authorised jointly by us and the Trustee, giving you maximum security. In addition, every booking is backed by a TTA financial guarantee, so you can travel with complete peace of mind.
With the Travel Trust Association (TTA), your payments are fully protected. TTA guarantees the financial obligations of its members for up to £11,000 per passenger. For example, if you have paid £2,000 and those funds are not accessible through the Trust Account, the TTA guarantee ensures you are fully reimbursed. Together, the Trust Account and the financial guarantee keep all your payments safe. When you book, you’ll receive a TTA Guarantee Certificate, and full guarantee terms are available on our website.
In the unlikely event of our insolvency, your payments remain safely secured in the Trust Account, overseen by an independent Trustee, and will still be available to fully cover your holiday.
